Senior Partners:
Alan Teitleman, founder and CEO of AMTConsulting joined CAJ in 2008. Alan is a native of Abington, Pennsylvania where he started working on political campaigns early on in life. He has managed dozens of campaigns from statewide Judicial races to Congressional races down to local school board elections. Alan served in the North Carolina General Assembly as Chief of Staff to Representative Jim Gulley of Mecklenburg County from 2005-2007. He has been active in politics as a precinct chair, precinct supervisor, chair of the CR's at Appalachian State and Regional Director of the YR's for the State of North Carolina. He has also served as campaign chairman for the county party and was a voting member of the state executive committee. Besides campaigning, Alan enjoys civic and non-profit involvement in his capacities on the Board of Directors for Kids Voting–Mecklenburg and has served on the Juvenile Crime Prevention Council in Mecklenburg and Union counties as well as the Neighborhood Matching Grants Review Team for the City of Charlotte. Alan is also on the Board of Directors for the Watauga Humane Society where he is chairs the nominating and bylaw revision committees. He is also a charter member of the Mint Hill Chamber of Commerce (formerly the Mint Hill Business Association) and is pursuing a Masters Degree in Public Administration.
Justin Moore, is a former candidate himself, running for Huntersville Town Commissioner in 2005. During the race, Justin raised more money than any of the other eight candidates, (including four incumbents). Justin served Chairman of the Appalachian State College Republicans in 2003-04, overseeing unprecedented growth in that organization. Justin also served as an Alternate Delegate to the 2004 Republican National Convention. Justin finished in the top one percent of his class at Appalachian State while double majoring in political science and Criminal Justice, and later attended William and Mary Law School. Justin has worked for campaigns as varied as Dole for US Senate, Foxx for NC Senate, Rhodes for NC House, and Bentley for County Commissioner. Justin’s areas of expertise are strategic analysis, database management, and fundraising.
Associate Partners:
Mark
H. Domermuth, joined CAJ Consultants in 2009. He is an alumnus
of Appalachian State University, double majoring in Geography and Community and
Regional Planning. Mark has been an active member of the Appalachian
Geographical Society and the Student Planners Association while at ASU. While
working on campaigns, Mark utilizes Geographic Information Systems (GIS) as a
tool to analyze different aspects involved in campaigns and the political
system. In addition Mark has also taught technical and business English in
Suzhou, China while residing in China for one and half years.
Maria
A. Teitleman,
is an accomplished Realtor in the Charlotte Metropolitan area. A
native of Altoona, Pennsylvania, Maria spent 7 years as a welfare
fraud investigator for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania prior to
moving to Charlotte a decade ago and starting a Real Estate career.
She received her Bachelors Degree at the Pennsylvania State
University where she majored in English and Psychology. She is
currently a broker at Prudential Carolinas Realty in
Monroe as well as owns Teitleman Realty and is serving her
first term in elected office (2006-2010) as a Union County Soil and
Water District Conservation Supervisor.
Joy-Maria
White, Joy
began working on campaigns many years ago from her hometown of
Hamilton, NC. She has gone on to work on city, county, regional, and
statewide races. She resides in Pinnacle, NC with her husband, Bob
and her beautiful baby girl, Rebekah.

Staff:
Thomas J. Stocker III - Executive Assistant - Thomas is currently a senior Political Science student at Appalachian State University. His main specialties are letter writing and "get out the vote" events, and has organized fundraisers for the past several years with various campus organizations. He is currently club president of the Appalachian State chapter of the National Society of Pershing Rifles. He is also the 4th Regiment Public Affairs Officer, NSPR. His main area of expertise is critical analyzation of statistical data and contemporary political environments.
